1. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created for the client under this service is assigned to the client upon completion.
2. Privacy: Collab Teams PTY LTD respects and protects the privacy of our clients' information and adheres to strict confidentiality standards.
3. Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice before the new month's commencement to hello@collab-teams.com.
4. Disclaimer of Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results, reach, growth, or engagement.
5. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to review and approve all content to ensure its accuracy. Clients are responsible for approving posts in a timely manner to ensure content is scheduled according to the planned timeline.
6. Content Accuracy: We assume that all content provided to us by the client is correct and accurate.
7. Access Requirements: For effective service delivery, we require access to the client's email marketing tools and social media accounts.
8. Liability Limitation: Collab Teams PTY LTD is not liable for any losses or damages caused by external factors such as hackers.
9. Additional Work: Any content updates required after scheduling will be charged an hourly rate of $75 + GST. This will be communicated to the client before the commencement of any additional work.
10. Rights to Use Work for Promotion: Unless communicated otherwise by the client prior, Collab Teams PTY LTD reserves the right to share our work for promotional purposes on our social media and other advertising channels.
11. Payment Terms: Invoices will be paid in advance monthly and are due within seven days. Late payments may result in a suspension or discontinuation of services.
12. Client's Responsibility for Materials: It is the client's responsibility to provide all materials needed for Collab Teams PTY LTD to complete the work in a timely manner. Failure to do so may impact the quality and delivery of the services provided.
13. Cancellation Rights of Collab Teams: Collab Teams PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel the contract if the client fails to provide necessary materials on time, does not pay invoices promptly, or behaves inappropriately towards Collab Teams members.
14. Eligibility for Service: The Holiday Collaborator Package is available to both past clients and new clients of Collab Teams PTY LTD. Unfortunately, this package is not available to Colab Teams' existing clients.
15. 100% Money-Back Guarantee in the First 30 Days: Clients are entitled to a 100% refund if they are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days. To be eligible for this guarantee, the client must notify us in writing during the approval process and before any scheduling of posts has occurred. This policy ensures that clients have the confidence and assurance they need to try our services risk-free.
